Dongguan Shilong Fuhua Electronic Co., Ltd. (UE Electronic), headquartered in Songshan Lake High-tech Industrial Zone, Guangdong, China, was founded by Mr. Huang Zitian. Since its establishment in 1989, it has been steadily moving forward for 35 years and has always been committed to the research and development, manufacturing and sales of the world's leading medical power supplies, network communication power supplies and health smart sockets, with power ranging from 5W to 1000W. Every year, it provides more than one hundred million power products of various types to customers around the world.

UE Electronic is a national high-tech enterprise, a provincial enterprise technology center in Guangdong Province, and one of the top 50 private enterprises in Dongguan City. It is also listed as a potential listed company in Dongguan City. The company covers an area of more than 12 square meters and is a new quality productivity industrial park integrating modernization, intelligence, and gardening, providing job opportunities for more than a thousand families.

In 2019, UE Electronic improved its experimental center and built a 966 semi-anechoic chamber that is benchmarked against TUV in Germany, SGS in Switzerland, and Saibao Laboratory in China. More than 160 engineers have formed a powerful technology research and development center. Moreover, UE Electronic has also established strategic cooperative relationships with many well-known universities such as South China University of Technology to jointly promote industry-university-research construction.
